VLE Vertical Roof Ventilator
Surespan vertical roof vents are ideal where there is a height restriction or risk of high wind.
The lid is filled with 50mm of CFC and HCFC free insulation with a minimum U-Value of 0.43W/m²K to BS3958: Part 5: 1986. This offers a high level of thermal insulation against heat loss and condensation, together with excellent sound absorption properties.
Vertical roof vents are offered with a control box including transformer, battery charger, and battery back up system to cover in case of emergency power cuts.
SRHP/S20 Superior Roof Hatch
Surespan SRHP/S20 (previously SRH/TB30) superior insulated premium roof hatches are manufactured in aluminium. Featuring thermally broken sections and an insulation which offers an outstanding U-value of 0.20 W/m²K.
The gas spring assisted opening lid is supported by heavy-duty aluminium hinges and features an integral wrap over edge, incorporating double unbroken EPDM seals. The upstand has a purpose made flashing to accept the roof felt to make it weatherproof.
These premium roof hatches can be used in a variety of applications from Cold store storerooms to particularly harsh conditions. While the stainless steel option can further enhance the overall life span in high humidity environments with its corrosion resistant properties.
The thermally broken sections coupled with the superior insulation ensure condensation is not a problem.
